Tuesday nights rehearsal was spent revising the main song and dance routines in Act One for the chorus and principles. Tuesday night we focussed on a song and dance number from Act One of Sleeping Beauty. The song saw us slapping thighs and galloping across the stage in true panto style! In the picture above you can see cherographer Sarah giving directions to the Prince and Princess while the rest of the cast look on.
Well, time is ticking on and rehearsals are in full swing as the picture above shows. Cast members are rehearsing the Act 1 closing number “I Wanna Be A Celebrity” although this looks more like I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here!

Stars of the upcoming Nunsense: The Mega-Musical Version were tonight focussing on the songs. Above shows Louise McDonald (Sister Robert Anne), Catherine Hopkins (Sister Hubert) and Thelma Smallwood (Sister Mary Amnesia) rehearsing “Growing Up Catholic” from Act 2. Let’s hope they hit some heavenly high notes!
