I am delighted to announce the merger of two theatre groups: Linton Drama Group and Wetherby Musical Theatre Group, both of whom have been entertaining audiences in the Wetherby and Linton area for a number of years. Historically, the Linton Drama group has performed plays, whereas Wetherby Musical Theatre Group has focused on musicals. The two groups have worked closely together over a number of years with some members performing in both groups. The merging of the two groups will bring together a wealth of talent and knowledge, which will enable the continuation of the delivery of an excellent array of shows to the Wetherby and Linton audiences.
The first show to be performed by the new group is the musical farce called Act Your Age.
