You mean Jack and the Beanstalk?
Oh no, we don’t!!! Jack and the Magic Rope Ladder is an unofficial, original script written by Phil Lazenby. It’s the sequel to Jack and the Beanstalk you never knew existed, taking place a year or two after the events of Jack and the Beanstalk.
The golden hen has stopped laying golden eggs, and the golden harp has stopped playing its magical tune, and worst of all that Mayor Angelina is still about and she seems perfectly fine! What can the residents of Wiggotown do to reverse their fortunes??? Hold a talent show of course!!! That’s right, the town aims to hold a talent show to buoy the spirits of Chucky the Hen! Which of course, brings out a whole host of weird and wonderful characters, some with nefarious, villainous, and other adjective intent. Will the villains succeed in their evil plans??? Can Jack save the day again???
There’s only one way to find out (oh yes, there is!!!)
